The challenge
Tickets were sold through third-party platforms that charged a fee on every ticket and kept the buyer details. For each event the team juggled spreadsheets for ticket counts, guest lists and payments, and entry at the gate meant checking names on printed lists.
Our solution
The company now sells on its own website: visitors find events by city, category and date, choose ticket types and pay online, and receive a QR e-ticket instantly. The organiser panel is used to publish events and venues, set ticket prices, limits and sale dates, run coupons, watch sales in real time and export attendee lists. At the venue, staff scan tickets from any phone.
