All rides were booked over the phone, so the office team spent the day answering calls and quoting fares from memory. Driver and vehicle records lived in spreadsheets, there was no single place to see which cars were free, and customers often called back just to ask where their cab was.

Each booking appears on the dispatch panel, where the team assigns the nearest free driver, and the rider instantly receives the driver and car details. Fares, zones, drivers, vehicles, promo codes and payouts are all managed from the same panel.
